Growing up, Jim lived in 11 cities before he was 18 and knows how it feels to transition to a new home or town from an abundance of personal experience. As the son of a former Realtor, he spent years of his childhood running around with his mother long before the internet existed and learned what it takes to do business the right way, one relationship at a time. When he landed in Fort Collins in 1998 he knew it was ‘Home’ and has been living, working & playing in Fort Collin’s Historic Old Town area ever since, where he specializes, with deep rooted relationships built over several decades.
