Growing up, Jim lived in 11 cities before he was 18 and knows how it feels to transition to a new home or town from an abundance of personal experience. As the son of a former Realtor, he spent years of his childhood running around with his mother long before the internet existed and learned what it takes to do business the right way, one relationship at a time. With a quality-not-quantity approach & built on a foundation of trust, over 90% of Jim's business comes from repeat clients and referrals. When he landed in Fort Collins in 1998 he knew it was ‘Home’ and has been living, working & playing in Fort Collin’s Historic Old Town area ever since, where he specializes, with deep rooted relationships built over several decades. With hundreds of transactions of experience and a background in construction, Jim's enthusiastic personality & relaxed approach masks his intensity and track record of helping his clients consistently get great results throughout the myriad of dynamic & challenging market conditions over the years and has built a team of specialists for buying, selling & investing as well as commercial real estate transactions.
